Session 1 | Account Setup
We'll walk you through the Iterable application, and show you how to set up a project. This will give you the tools you need to create new projects in future, navigate the user profile, complete your DNS configuration, add additional senders, and speak to the difference between channels and message types.
Session 2 | Users & Segmentation
Now that you have your project setup, we'll teach you how to add, manage and segment users. This includes understanding the different data types and fields, how we define events and subscriptions, and when to use a static versus dynamic list.
Session 3 | Templates
Looking to create awesome content? We will guide you through the basics of templates, including how to create them and how to personalize using merge tags, fallback logic, localization and snippets.
Session 4 | Campaigns
Now you're ready to start creating campaigns! We'll walk you through blast and triggered campaigns, and advise on when you should use each option. We'll also show you how to manage, cancel, and reschedule your campaigns, and how to pull basic campaign reports.
Session 5 | Workflows
With all the knowledge you've accumulated, it's now time to start building workflows. This session will give you a comprehensive overview of workflows, including triggers, actions, and filters. We'll also create and test a basic workflow, and provide you with some best-in-class examples of basic workflows that work well across the customer lifecycle.
Advanced Personalization with Iterable:
During this session, the Iterable Solutions Consultant Team will demo best practices and advanced personalization with Iterable using / creating templates with a Data-feed(s), Catalog, Custom Events and / or Handlebars.
Marketing Use Cases with Workflows. Best practices and Set Up:
Iterable workflows are powerful and cover a variety of use-cases. In this session, we will tear down a few unique use cases and re-build them live within the platform. This will help apply practical knowledge and best practices towards building your workflows and things to be mindful of to avoid mistakes.
