This session is designed as a fast-paced, peer-led discussion focused on women in the workplace — exploring leadership, confidence, and career growth in an AI-driven world.

The discussions will focus on key aspects of navigating today’s workplace, including visibility, leadership presence, self-advocacy, and professional growth. Rather than a single conversation, this session will move through a series of short discussion rounds. Every five minutes, a new question will be introduced, each building on the last to deepen the conversation.

You’ll stay at your table while topics rotate on the screen, allowing you to exchange perspectives with others at your table throughout the session. The goal is to create space for open, honest dialogue and to share real experiences and practical strategies you can take back into your day-to-day work.
