Customize your graphic in Canva

Open the Canva template here. Before editing, you’ll need to create a Canva account—it’s free and quick to set up. Once you’re in, upload your headshot and place it into the graphic to personalize it.

If you need help, watch this quick tutorial on how to add a photo to a Canva design (short version: upload your photo, then drag and drop it into the frame in the design; you can double-click it to reposition or zoom so it fits correctly.)

Adjust the placement as needed so the image fits well within the design.
