Is there an Activate app?

Where do I park?
We’re happy to cover self-park or valet parking at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. Bring your ticket to the registration desk to receive a parking validation.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is business comfortable. Sweaters or blazers are also highly encouraged as the ballrooms may be chilly. Coat check will also be available.
Do I need to print a ticket?
No. To check in, you’ll only need a valid photo ID. When you arrive, provide your name at the registration desk and a badge will be printed on-site.
Where is the registration desk?
You can check in and pick up your badge at the registration desk located on the 5th floor of the hotel. From the hotel lobby on the 70th floor, please take the elevators down to the 5th floor. From the street/valet entrance please take the elevators to the 5th floor and follow the signs to the Registration desk.
When are the registration desk hours?
The registration desk hours are as follows:
- Tuesday, April 21st: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday, April 22nd: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday, April 23rd: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes! Breakfast, lunch, and light snacks will be available throughout the day. Evening refreshments and appetizers will be served at the social events:
- Welcome Reception on the 5th floor of the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown, April 21 from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Activate Party in the Hollywood Ballroom and Pool Deck, 7th floor of the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown, April 22nd from 5:15 PM – 7:30 PM
Will the sessions be streamed/recorded?
The Iterable keynote, along with sessions from Execute in the Moment and Lead What’s Next, will be available on the Iterable website starting May 6.
Is there 1:1 meeting space available?
Yes! We have semi-private tables available for 1:1 meetings in the Silver Lake Room. The room includes several tables designated for semi-private meetings. Tables are first come, first served—simply stop by and an attendant will help you check availability and reserve a spot.
If you have a meeting planned, we recommend heading over early to secure a table.
