Session Tracks
Intelligent Marketing Starts Here.
Marketing is evolving fast — powered by AI, data, and rising expectations for performance. Activate Summit 2026 explores what that means at both the strategic and execution levels, across three core tracks.
Lead What’s Next
Strategy, Vision & Executive Leadership
For leaders redefining how marketing operates. This track focuses on AI-native operating models, organizational transformation, and the decisions shaping long-term competitive advantage. It’s built for executives thinking beyond campaigns and designing how modern marketing teams function, scale, and win.
Execute in the Moment
Applied Intelligence, Product & Performance
For teams turning strategy into measurable outcomes. This track highlights how data, predictive signals, and intelligent workflows come to life in real programs. Expect concrete use cases, platform-powered execution, and examples grounded in performance, not theory.
Connect with Purpose
Peer Exchange & Focused Conversation
Facilitated, small-group discussions organized by shared roles and challenges. No presentations. No panels. Just candid dialogue, practical insight, and real connection.

Already comfortable inside Iterable and ready to level up?
This advanced, four-hour workshop goes deep into the features power users rely on every day—data hygiene, segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, Catalog, the new Content Library, and more.
You’ll leave with sharper skills, stronger strategy, and new ways to get more from every campaign.
Recommended for: Marketers who’ve completed the Iterable Foundations learning path and certification.
New to Iterable? Start here.
In this two-hour, hands-on session, we’ll walk through everything you need to get up and running: account setup, building campaigns, creating journeys, and core deliverability best practices (yes — including how to warm up an IP the right way).
Recommended for: New Iterable customers and teams evaluating Iterable
Ready to bring AI into your everyday marketing?
This intermediate workshop shows you how to use Iterable’s AI features—Journey Assist, Channel Optimization, Predictive Goals, and more—to work smarter, not harder.
You’ll learn practical ways to let AI boost performance, guide decision-making, and unlock new opportunities across your campaigns.
Recommended for: Current Iterable customers and teams evaluating Iterable
We are living in a time where data lives everywhere. Channels multiply. AI floods the stack. And yet teams are still stitching together audiences, chasing reports, and measuring outputs instead of impact. Iterable’s leadership will introduce a new system for growth. One that unifies customer data at the core. Orchestrates every interaction across every channel. And applies AI to drive measurable business results, not just efficiency.
This is a product vision grounded in a simple belief. Growth is not a function of volume. It is a function of intelligence.
The companies that win will not have the most tools. They will have the most coordinated system.
Loyalty is no longer defined by points and perks. Modern brands are rethinking loyalty as a system of personalized, AI-enabled moments that build long-term advocacy.
In this interactive roundtable, marketing leaders will share how they are evolving beyond legacy programs and using their MarTech stacks to create tailored experiences across the customer journey. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s shifting, and what the new rules of engagement look like in an era where expectations are higher than ever.
Come prepared to exchange real-world examples and leave with practical insight into how loyalty is being redefined.
The traditional marketing automation migration is often a grueling, months-long process. But for brands like The Washington Post, agility is a requirement, not an option. Matthew Fusco, Senior Marketing Operations Manager, reveals the blueprint for bypassing “migration fatigue” and successfully switching to Iterable in weeks. Learn how to prioritize your data schema, maintain deliverability during high-volume cutovers, and align cross-functional teams for a rapid, seamless transition. This session provides a tactical roadmap for leaders who need to modernize their stack without stalling their momentum.
In the age of AI — when everything risks looking the same — iconic brands don’t chase attention, they build devotion. Jay Livingston (former CMO, Shake Shack and BARK) and Benoit Vatere (Chief Brand Officer, Liquid Death) reveal how category-defining brands turn cultural instinct into business impact. Through bold creative, disciplined strategy, and relentless customer focus, they’ll explore how to stand out, spark loyalty, and turn brand love into lasting enterprise value.
Modern marketing strategy must balance vision with execution in an environment defined by rising expectations, tighter budgets, and increasing complexity.
In this interactive roundtable, leaders will exchange perspectives on how they are refining strategy to stay competitive — from prioritization and resource allocation to measurement and cross-functional alignment. We’ll discuss what’s shifting, what’s working, and how teams are building strategies that are both adaptable and resilient.
Come ready to share your approach and learn how peers are navigating today’s evolving landscape.
Too many people believe creativity belongs only to the naturally gifted. In reality, creativity is wired into all of us.
In this energizing session, Abigail Posner — former Director of U.S. Creative Works at Google — shows how organizations can unlock the creative potential already inside their teams. Drawing from anthropology, neuroscience, real-world business examples, and emerging AI capabilities, she shares ways to unlock one’s creativity.
In an era where AI is accelerating how work gets done, Abigail challenges leaders to double down on the distinctly human skills that drive innovation. Attendees will leave with practical tools and fresh perspectives to activate their creativity and generate bold ideas in times of rapid change.
As AI reshapes how work gets done, leadership is evolving alongside it. For women navigating growth, visibility, and influence in rapidly changing environments, the question isn’t just how to adapt — it’s how to lead with clarity, confidence, and intention.
This interactive roundtable invites open, solution-focused discussion on building confidence, advocating for yourself and others, and shaping inclusive leadership in an AI-accelerated workplace. Whether you’re early in your career or leading teams, join peers for honest conversations about negotiation, feedback, visibility, and overcoming internal barriers.
Bring your lunch, take a seat, and connect with leaders committed to growing stronger together.
Downloads and sign-ups may be strong, but sustainable growth depends on what happens after the first interaction. As acquisition costs rise and user expectations increase, consumer apps and technology brands are rethinking onboarding, engagement, and monetization strategies to drive long-term value.
This roundtable brings together marketers and product leaders from consumer apps, SaaS, digital services, and emerging technology brands to discuss how they’re optimizing lifecycle moments, activating behavioral signals in real time, and leveraging AI-driven decisioning to increase activation, reduce churn, and expand revenue. Join peers for a focused conversation on measurable strategies that move beyond installs and sign-ups toward durable growth.
Most companies experiment with AI. Few hardwire it into how they operate. To unlock real impact, orgs must redesign decision‑making, talent structure, and workflows around intelligence itself. Hear how forward‑thinking marketing leaders are shaping AI‑native cultures—where every process learns, and every role scales smarter.
As marketing technology stacks grow, success depends less on individual tools and more on how well the ecosystem works together.
This roundtable invites open discussion on how organizations are evaluating, integrating, and optimizing their marketing ecosystems. We’ll explore topics such as data flow, ownership, collaboration across teams, and reducing operational friction while maintaining agility.
Join the conversation to compare approaches and uncover practical insights for building a more connected and effective marketing environment.
Personalization doesn’t break at scale—bad data strategies do. In the high-stakes world of live entertainment, the challenge is turning fragmented data into real-time “moments-based” marketing. Join Oliver Marley, Senior Data Scientist, as he reveals the technical architecture ATG Entertainment uses to deliver relevance to millions of fans. This session dives into the data science models and Iterable integrations that power smarter decisions. Attendees will learn how to utilize recommendation models for instant personalization and use fallow cell testing to prove true incrementality. Move past the buzzwords with a practical roadmap for building a data engine that evolves alongside customer behavior.
Customer obsession isn’t optional anymore — it’s how businesses win. Yet many organizations still struggle to turn the idea into action.
In this session, Forrester VP and Principal Analyst Shar VanBoskirk challenges the excuses that keep companies from delivering truly customer-obsessed experiences. She introduces two powerful concepts, business personality and strategy as action planning, to help leaders align their organizations around what actually drives results.
You’ll learn how to identify the strategy that fits your business, activate customer obsession across teams, and move from good intentions to meaningful progress.
The modern martech stack is no longer just about tools — it’s about orchestration, ownership, and measurable impact. As AI-native platforms emerge and budgets tighten, marketing teams are rethinking consolidation, governance, integration strategy, and how to turn their stack into a competitive advantage.
This roundtable brings together marketers to discuss how they’re evolving their tech ecosystems, integrating data across systems, balancing innovation with operational discipline, and ensuring their stack actually drives performance. Join peers to share real-world successes, trade-offs, and lessons learned in building smarter, more intelligent marketing systems.
Data is only as valuable as your ability to activate it. This session reveals how leading brands move beyond basic triggers to turn complex product data into real-time revenue. Discover a tactical roadmap for operational agility, ensuring your marketing team stays in the driver’s seat even during high-growth transitions or M&A. By moving from simple events to sophisticated, multi-layered journeys, you’ll learn how to leverage smart data ingestion to power rapid experimentation. Attendees will leave with a clear framework for connecting data-driven moments directly to measurable ROI and scalable customer engagement.
In a market where products are copied fast and attention is scarce, loyalty has become one of the few durable advantages.
This executive panel brings together leaders who’ve turned customer trust into growth, retention, and real competitive separation. This session explores what actually drives loyalty today, where companies over-invest (and under-invest), and how the best teams operationalize loyalty as a strategic asset—not a feel-good metric.
As teams deepen their use of Iterable, the challenge shifts from campaign execution to organizational design. More power users, more orchestration, and more automation can unlock scale — but they can also introduce fragmentation, bottlenecks, and governance complexity.
This roundtable will focus on how marketing leaders are restructuring ownership, defining guardrails, and turning orchestration and automation into operational leverage — not additional workload. Expect a candid peer discussion about what’s breaking at scale, what’s working, and how teams are evolving from campaign execution to true system ownership.
High-growth brands often learn the hard way that scale is the enemy of deliverability. Join Tom Corbett, Senior Deliverability Consultant at Iterable, for an insider’s look at the proactive strategies used by top-tier senders to maintain pristine inbox placement across Email and SMS.
This session moves beyond basic SPF/DKIM records to reveal technical tips and tricks for navigating modern ISP filters and carrier regulations. You’ll learn how to design a resilient sender reputation that survives high-volume peaks and shifting compliance landscapes.
Attendees will leave with a tactical blueprint for balancing aggressive growth with long-term deliverability, ensuring your most critical messages actually reach your customers.
We’re no longer managing change at work — we’re coping with chaos. As organizations face constant disruption, complexity is draining focus, slowing decisions, and overwhelming teams.
In this session, leadership expert Lisa Bodell shares how simplicity becomes a powerful strategy for cutting through the noise and restoring clarity. Drawing on real-world examples and practical tools like “Kill a Stupid Rule,” she shows leaders how to eliminate unnecessary complexity so teams can focus on what truly matters — innovation, experimentation, and meaningful work.
AI is no longer experimental — it’s foundational. The conversation has shifted from “Should we use AI?” to “How do we operationalize it responsibly and at scale?”
This roundtable brings together marketers exploring how AI is reshaping lifecycle strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and team workflows. From predictive segmentation and real-time orchestration to AI-assisted content and automation, we’ll discuss how brands are moving beyond isolated use cases and embedding intelligence into how marketing actually works. Join peers for a deeper discussion on measurable impact, operational challenges, and what it takes to scale AI inside Iterable and beyond.
In a world of constant digital noise, the gap between a fragmented customer experience and a fluid, “always-on” journey is defined by your data strategy.
Join Rachel Kamel, Director of CRM at Zwift, to explore how leading brands bridge this gap to deliver seamless moments across every touchpoint. This session moves beyond basic cross-channel messaging to synchronizing real-time behavioral data with long-term lifecycle goals.
You’ll discover a tactical blueprint for breaking down channel silos, ensuring that whether a user is in-app, on email, or via SMS, the experience remains consistent and community-driven. Attendees will leave with proven frameworks for scaling personalization across channels without losing the human touch that builds brand loyalty at every mile.
As AI accelerates both operational scale and customer impact, trust becomes a leadership challenge, not a function.
This executive panel focuses on the discipline required to scale AI responsibly while delivering customer-facing innovation that remains safe and dependable. We’ll explore how leaders align decision-making, accountability, and growth priorities, where breakdowns create risk at scale, and why trust is increasingly a competitive advantage you can’t retrofit.
As AI reshapes the future of marketing and customer engagement, creativity remains a uniquely human advantage. Drawing on 25 years at Disney, Duncan Wardle shares practical tools and innovation frameworks that help teams unlock new thinking and solve real business challenges. You’ll learn how to reawaken the creativity that often gets lost in corporate environments and leave with actionable techniques you can apply immediately to drive innovation and results.
Customers don’t think in channels — they think in moments. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, mobile push, web push, and in-app messaging are all part of a single, connected experience. The challenge isn’t selecting the right channel — it’s orchestrating them intelligently.
This roundtable brings together marketers to discuss how they’re coordinating messaging across Iterable’s full cross-channel ecosystem — email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, web push, and in-app — activating behavioral signals in real time, and using AI-driven decisioning to trigger the right message on the right channel at the right moment.
Join peers to explore how leading teams are evolving from channel-based execution to journey-based orchestration that drives measurable performance without overwhelming customers.
The race to adopt AI often creates a “velocity trap” where rapid execution risks data integrity.
Join Natasha Flynn, Senior Manager of CRM, to explore how Babylist leverages Iterable’s open-source MCP Server to move beyond passive AI toward an “agentic” marketing model. This session demonstrates how the Model Context Protocol acts as a secure bridge, allowing AI to take direct, governed action—from generating templates to optimizing journeys—using simple natural-language prompts.
By integrating AI directly into the execution layer through a governed framework, attendees will learn a repeatable roadmap for scaling sophisticated personalization while ensuring every automated moment remains high-impact, compliant, and human-first.
Most lifecycle programs weren’t designed—they’ve accumulated. Onboarding sequences grow longer, nurture tracks multiply, and success gets measured in opens and clicks instead of customer behavior.
In this deep dive, Mike Greenberg, Director, Product & Email Marketing at SurveyMonkey will share a practical framework for rebuilding your customer lifecycle from the ground up and turning legacy programs into behavior-first growth engines.
Media and entertainment brands are operating in an increasingly fragmented attention economy. Whether subscription-based, ad-supported, event-driven, or hybrid, the challenge is no longer just attracting audiences — it’s sustaining engagement, monetization, and fan loyalty across platforms.
From streaming saturation and subscription fatigue to platform fragmentation and evolving fan expectations, brands must balance creative storytelling with data-driven orchestration. This roundtable brings together media and entertainment marketers to discuss how they’re using behavioral signals, AI-powered personalization, and cross-channel coordination to deepen audience relationships, strengthen community, and drive sustainable growth.
